Interstellar FX sponsors Taiwan’s No. 1 Martial Arts Conference of IRON FIST Series. The professional boxing competition was hosted by Mixed Martial Arts LTD and Chinese Taipei Boxing Federation, and it was held at The Splendor Hotel-Taichung on December 11st. Gathering boxing masters of Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Mongolia for the competition of boxing and kick boxing. The iconic Japanese boxer Kenichi Yamaguchi was the one who won the first WBO Asia-Pacific super bantamweight title in Japan.
Fighting between apprenticeship, Kenichi Yamaguchi withdrew the match due to injury
The last game for Kenichi Yamaguchi was in 2014. 9 years after, Kenichi Yamaguchi is fighting with Taiwanese boxer Zhao Cheng Huang in the final match. Zhao Cheng Huang had been taught by Kenichi Yamaguchi when Zhao Cheng Huang went to Nagoya Japan for off-site training in 2017. This final match was not only a match between Taiwan and Japan, but also a match between their apprenticeship. After two rounds of fierce fighting, Kenichi Yamaguchi withdrew the match because of shoulder injury, and Huang Zhao Cheng Huang was judged a win.
Before the match, Zhao Cheng Huang had mentioned that he is not experienced than Kenichi Yamaguchi; and he is having tension and oppression on the ring with his former coach Kenichi Yamaguchi. Kenichi Yamaguchi attaches great importance to muscle strength and basic skills and all advanced techniques are the extension of basic skills. Also, Zhao Cheng Huang is looking forward to presenting what he had learned from his former coach.
Brothers fight against to foreign boxers and keep the award in Taiwan
Shih Chieh Huang is Zhao Cheng Huang’s brother who is 2 years younger. He used to practice Tchoukball when he was a child; and is now a sophomore at the National Taiwan University of Sport. He devoted himself to boxing by his brother’s influence. Shih Chieh Huang’s match was before his brother’s, and he received a lot of support and applause when he appeared on the ring. In the end, he defeated a 184 cm height Mongolian boxer Shu En. He won the victory for home field. Shih Chieh Huang said he need multiple strategies to tied down a taller competitor. “When the competitor is taller, must attack hard to have chances to win” his older brother said.
The Pink Panther score a success in a duel of two beauties
Chin Rong Wang is representing Taiwan. She is from TMMA Boxing Gym and known as the “Pink Panther.” A high-value duels in this competition versus Japanese boxer Seki Maya. In the second round, they had hit each other’s head frequently in the gapes of moves. After the many times of counterattacks, the Pink Panther won. Chin Rong Wang and her sister Chin Hsin Wang are well-known boxing twins in Taiwan. When they were young, the two sisters devoted themselves to boxing training. Their parents were worried about their injuries of boxing at the beginning, but now turn into support. Chin Rong Wang is currently focusing on professional game coaching and training.
Kick boxing finale game, Hsiang Chun Hung lose because of injure
The finale competition was Hung Hsiang Kwan who is representing Taiwan against South Korea boxer Chun-Hsien Chang. Full of tense atmosphere at the beginning, and the audience was also amazed by the fierce competition. In the first round of the fierce battle, Chun-Hsien Chang suffered from eye discomfort and the game pause for him receiving treatment. At final round, Hsiang Chun Hung’s arm dislocated. The coach abstained withdrew the game due to safety concerns, therefore Chun-Hsien Chang won. The audience strongly felt the excitement of this game.

The Director of the event Shih Ping Chen said that due to copyright issues, watching overseas matches online can only watch the first three rounds, could not enjoy the performance entirely; In the future, Taiwan Iron Fist Series will be held regularly.
